Reason for Ruin is a high energy band based in Western Washington. A mix of rock, funk, reggae and more to make a unique sound that's its own. They've played many shows in the Northwest ranging from Vancouver BC to Portland OR and all places in-between. And the crowds are ever growing. Since December 2001 they've been recording their debut album that's due out this summer from 900secondMUSIC. Now they're playing as many shows as they can while finishing up the long-awaited album.

Jules came into the band in late 1999 replacing the original guitarist. Since then thier repertoire has grown to well over 2 hours of live material. Expect to see a great show and hear some of the best new music in the Northwest when you see Reason for Ruin live.
The band's first release entitled 'Us & Them' was a taste of the heavy, Rage influenced early days of the band, but when Jules came into the mix, lots of things changed.
With an all-new set list of songs, they're looking forward to lots of shows and to the release of their first LP.
